On 9 September 2009, our Company was incorporated in Singapore under the Companies Act as a private limited company under the name of CCM Group Pte. Ltd.. Our Company registration number is 200916763W.

Our Company was converted into a public limited company on 1 June 2010 and changed its name to “CCM Group Limited”.

Our Business

We are principally engaged in building construction activities through CCM Industrial Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of our Company, specialising in main building works and general building works for residential and commercial buildings for the public and private sectors in Singapore. We also provide the leasing and installation of access equipment systems services.

Our Group’s business can be categorised into three (3) main segments as follows:

• Main building works;

• General building works for residential and commercial buildings, such as additions and alteration, refurbishment, repairs and redecoration works for residential and commercial building, lift-upgrading programmes; and

• Leasing and installation of access equipment system, such as gondolas and mast climbing work platform, for the building and marine industries.

Our clients typically include property developers, land owners and governmental bodies.
