CFM is a growth-oriented company established in 1979. Since then, the company has expanded with the incorporation of another 9 subsidiary companies and has evolved into a customer-focused manufacturer providing metal stamping services, design, fabrication and the sale of tool-and-die used for the manufacture of stamped metal components. Backed by production facilities in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Slovak Republic,Thailand and China, our Group supports an international customer base of MNCs.
We are in the business of high precision tool and die making and metal stamping technology catering to both high and low volume production requirements. We offer prototype-design & fabrication, tool-and-die fabrication, manufacturing and value-added engineering for the stamping and other related industries. Today, we serve customers in the electronics industry as well as customers
from the automotive, telecommunication, technology and M&E industries.
CFM reached an important milestone in our corporate history with the launch
of our Initial Public Offering on 16 January 2004.

Our facilities
An integrated “one-stop” manufacturing process and supported by total organizational commitment, we are in league with the highest set of standards in manufacturing practices in the industry.
Production
To cater to customers’ needs, we have more than 200 power presses with loading capacities from 5 tons and up to 400 tons. These equipments are manned by a team of highly-trained and skilful professionals to ensure productivity and smooth operations in executing all manufacturing schedules. All our plants are equipped with manufacturing capabilities and facilities.
Software
As designs become more intricate with closer dimensional tolerance, we are equipped with Computed Aided Design software to support the front-end designing to complete such delicate processes. Also, request for engineering change and modification can now be handled more quickly and efficiently with minimum downtime and is error-free.
Quality
Our commitment to quality assurance standard is instrumental to the growth of the Company. We are proud to have achieved and have been awarded the Quality System Certification, ISO 9001, ISO 9002 and QS9000, TS16949 and TS14001.
We have implemented the Statistical Process Control (SPC) with stringent in-house QC procedure at every stage of the production process. This has helped us to achieve our objective of “zero defects” tolerance. Such achievement is only possible with our investment in sophisticated measuring and testing equipment, calibrated in accordance to international registered standards.
